RICHLANDS, Va. —
Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell is making a rare stop today in Tazewell County.
The governor, who declared a state emergency this morning due to the threat of Hurricane Earl, is scheduled to visit Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands at 2 p.m. where he will meet with hospital employees and tour the medical center.
