PULASKI, Va. —
Funeral arrangements were announced today for a Virginia State Police trooper who died on Oct. 5 after being struck by a driver while directing traffic at the Virginia State Fair near Richmond, Va.
A memorial service for Andrew David Fox, 27, of Draper, Va., will be conducted Thursday, Oct. 11 at 2 p.m. at The Refreshing Center (Pulaski Church of God), 1621 White Blvd., Pulaski, Va. He was a native of Tazewell County, Va.
Friends may visit at The Refreshing Center on Wednesday from 1 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 9 p.m.
