Dozens of JROTC cadets from four Mercer County high schools and a Fayette County school converged today on the Brushfork National Guard Armory to pit their drill teams skills against one another.
The teams from Bluefield, Princeton Senior, PikeView and Montcalm high schools competed along with cadets from the Fayette Institute of Technology for awards in squad, color guard, and platoon drills. The team from Fayette County was presented the overall performance trophy.
