BLUEFIELD —
Inclement weather sent a vehicle over an embankment this morning on Wyoming Street near the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, according to Patrolman A.B. Palmer of the Bluefield Police Department.
Trees kept the Ford van from going further over the hill. Members of the Bluefield Fire Department and the Bluefield Rescue Squad were able to help the female driver from the vehicle. The driver then walked to the ambulance.
