AFTERNOON UPDATE — BC hosts hoops camp
BLUEFIELD, Va. — Around 50 boys from Four Seasons Country are taking part in the Bluefield College men’s basketball camp being conducted by outgoing head coach Jason Gillespie.
“They are really good kids and we’re having a lot of fun trying to teach them about basketball,” Gillespie said. “They’re getting to compete against each other and with a little bit of activity and it’s really been a lot of fun to work this camp this time.”
The camp is Gillespie’s final act as Bluefield College men’s basketball coach before he takes a job as men’s basketball head coach and athletic director at Cincinnati Christian University.
