PRINCETON — The men’s soccer coach at Concord University didn’t have far to look to identify his latest recruit.
Princeton Senior High School’s Austin Barrett signed on Tuesday afternoon to play for his father, Steve Barrett, beginning next fall on the Athens campus.
Barrett, who made honorable mention in all-state balloting last fall, was as valuable for his leadership skills as his physical attributes, said Princeton assistant coach Edmund Johnson.
