PRINCETON — The search continued today for a Lashmeet woman who failed to appear in Mercer County Circuit Court for her trial on a charge of first-degree murder.
A bench warrant was issued for Cathy Graham, 51, when she did not appear Tuesday morning before Judge Derek Swope.
The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department has followed up a report that Graham’s vehicle, a black 1999 Subaru Legacy with Virginia license plates, was seen in the Nemours area, said Corporal S.A. Sommers. The vehicle has not been located.
