TAZEWELL, Va. —
Tazewell County Sheriff’s deputies assisted detectives from North Carolina in arresting a male and female from Randolph County, N.C., who were wanted on murder charges out of Asheboro, N.C.
Shaun Michael Lundy, and a female accomplice were arrested without incident early Thursday morning in the parking lot of the Tazewell Mall, according to Major Harold Heatley of the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office.
Both Lundy and the female are being held in the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Tazewell, Va., awaiting extradition to Randolph County, according to Tazewell Sheriff Brian Hieatt.
