PRINCETON —
A former employee of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department has pleaded guilty to one charge of embezzlement and has agreed to pay restitution.
Charlotte Harvey, 53, of Princeton had been charged with two counts of embezzlement. Senior Status Judge John Hrko accepted the plea in Mercer County Circuit Court. Harvey will be placed on probation. For more details about the plea hearing, see Saturday’s edition of the Bluefield Daily Telegraph.
