RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Legislation that would allow Virginia to raise speed limits on some highways from 65 mph to 70 mph heads to Gov. Bob McDonnell’s desk.
The House of Delegates without discussion Monday voted 76-22 to pass the measure, which McDonnell advocated in his campaign.
