GRUNDY, Va. —
Starting at 7 a.m. today, the 29th Judicial Drug Task Force along with the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office, the Virginia State Police, and the Grundy Police Department started the first phase of executing 80 indictments for the arrest of drug offenders.
Fourteen individuals have been arrested and charged, according to a statement issued by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office. The people arrested have been transported to the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Haysi, Va.
