PRINCETON —
A man died Wednedsay after a vehicle he was a passenger in struck a parked tractor trailer just off of U.S. Route 460 near the border of Mercer and Giles counties.
The crash was reported at 7:30 a.m. The driver of a Toyota ran off the edge of the roadway and struck a parked tractor trailer located just off the shoulder of the roadway near mile marker 26.
Rhett Harvey, 18, of Princeton, a passenger in the vehicle, died in the crash, according to Deputy A.M. Ballard of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation
