RICHLANDS, Va. — A Cedar Bluff man who had been riding his all-terrain vehicle on his property in an attempt to round-up a cow, was found dead Wednesday evening after he didn’t return home in a timely fashion. Albert Junior Horn, 73, of Gray’s Branch near Cedar Bluff, was discovered by emergency responders of the Richlands Fire and Rescue Squad at about 6:45 p.m., according to Captain Mike Shaver of the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Department. The rescue squad transported Horn to Clinch Valley Community Hospital in Richlands, Va., where he was pronounced dead, Shaver said.
