RICHLANDS, Va. — A Cedar Bluff man who had been riding his all-terrain vehicle on his property in an attempt to round-up a cow, was found dead Wednesday evening after he didn’t return home in a timely fashion. Albert Junior Horn, 73, of Gray’s Branch near Cedar Bluff, was discovered by emergency responders of the Richlands Fire and Rescue Squad at about 6:45 p.m., according to Captain Mike Shaver of the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Department.
