Let’s get real in this country. I watched the second debate on TV between the two candidates. I was overwhelmed to hear the one speak at the end about his “religious background.” That’s good to know. However, I felt it should have never been. He was using it to sway voters.
I learned a long time ago — previous experience — that just because someone states they are a “Christian” doesn’t mean they are. Not judging anyone about their faith.
Using God to get what we want can be devastating to our lives. We just don’t do that. He’s bigger than you and I.
Matthew 7:15: Beware of the false prophets who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
Our country needs healing. It’s going to take all of us to come together — to know and trust God. Let’s be careful how we vote. Pray hard! Most of all, let’s put God back in our country. No president in the White House is going to save us. Only God.
