I just read a letter in your paper headlined, “Protect the poor and middle class.” Then it asks what happened to democracy. Doesn’t that mean that the majority rules?
I can answer that one. Do you think the majority of true-blood Americans want all of our religious beliefs taken out of our schools, public buildings, off our money, etc. Where does the majority count on this one?
It only takes one or two and it gets done. The system doesn’t work anymore for the true-blood Americans.
I think the system is broken. We have taken God out of everything and we have let it happen. And it’s going to take the majority to put him back in. Then and only then we might see things get better.
God could solve all of our problems, but some don’t want him around.
