As most of you know on Saturday, Dec. 8, the annual Bluefield Christmas Parade was held.
This letter is being written by way of thanking the participants and the people who brought this team effort to what is hoped was a successful and enjoyable event.
A great many people worked on the parade and participated in it.
To single out any one person or group would be virtually impossible, as so much cooperation between the downtown merchants and city were included in this group, as well as all the units that actually were in the parade itself.
On behalf of the sponsors of the parade, thanks are offered to the people who worked putting it together, the people who were in it, the support of all who lined up, the support of our surrounding area organizations and most of all yo the great crowd who came out on a perfect day to see and enjoy this effort.
Our sincere thanks to all.
