BECKLEY — The West Virginia State Police Beckley Detachment is searching for a missing sex offender whose last address was Burgess Street in Beckley.
Cpl. R. A. Daniel confirmed that Harry Robert James Whittamore, 43, of Beckley, is a wanted subject.
Whittamore goes by aliases Bobby, Robert, or Timmy Fisher.
He is a white male, six feet tall, 210 pounds, has brown eyes, faint freckles and is bald.
The state police said Whittamore last registered with his parole officer on Aug. 16 but has allegedly not lived at his last known residence since Aug. 22.
