Chicago concert tickets go on sale on March 1

Fans can see one of the greatest American rock bands of all time perform live at the Clay Center on Wednesday, May 19 at 8 p.m. Hear unforgettable hits like “25 or 6 to 4,” “Hard to Say I’m Sorry,” “You’re the Inspiration,” “If You Leave Me Now” and many more favorites.

Formed in 1967 in the city it’s named for, Chicago is among the most successful American groups of all time with sales topping 100 million, 21 top 10 singles and five consecutive number one albums. With an incredible 25 of their 32 albums reaching certified platinum status, Chicago is the first American rock band to chart Top 40 albums in five decades.

Billboard Magazine recently named its Top 100 artists of all time, based on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.

Chicago’s extraordinary career landed them at No. 13, and they have the distinction of being the top American band on that list. Chicago continues to blow audiences away with their extraordinary sound and powerful live show. This Clay Center special event performance is sponsored by The Dow Chemical Company and Robinson & McElwee, PLLC. Patrons with Clay Center Presents season and Pick4 tickets have first priority to buy tickets now. Pick 4 packages are still available through the Clay Center box office.

Single ticket sales for Chicago go on sale to the general public Monday, March 1 at 10 a.m. Tickets are $35, $60, $75 and $90 and can be purchased online at www.theclaycenter.org, in person at the Clay Center box office or by phone at (304)561-3570.
