Carlton E. and Ida O. Bell of Welch announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Carlisa Michelle Bell, to Donald Victor Merriweather Jr., son of Donald and Shirley Merriweather Sr. of Northfork. The couple will exchange vows Saturday, Aug. 11, 2007, at 3 p.m. at Miracle Mt. Carmel Holiness Church of God, Main Street, Kimball. An open church wedding will be observed.
