— Reportedly for the first time, Concord University football has shown up in the American Football Coaches Association national Division II poll, released on Monday.
The Mountain Lions and Shepherd are among “Others Receiving Votes.” West Liberty is ranked 20th in the new poll.
Concord (2-0) is idle this week and will not play again until Sept. 18 at West Virginia Wesleyan.
