Geno Smith takes Walter Camp weekly honor

WVU QB accounted for 5 TDs in week one

MORGANTOWN — West Virginia quarterback Geno Smith has been named the Walter Camp Football Foundation National Offensive Player of the Week after accounting for four passing touchdowns and one rushing TD in the Mountaineers’ 69-34 defeat of Marshall on Saturday. The Miami, Fla., native completed 32-of-36 passes for 323 yards and rushed for 65 more yards in just three quarters of work.
