ATHENS — Concord University wide receiver Randall Hawkins has been selected to participate in the inaugural South Carolina College All-Star Bowl. The Bowl will be played March 23 at Younts Stadium on the campus of North Greenville University and feature players from “Upstate South Carolina” vs. “Low Country South Carolina.” To be eligible for the bowl a player must have either played football at a South Carolina college, or have played high school football in the state and went on to play the game collegiately. Hawkins, a native of Woodruff, S.C., earned honorable mention All-West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honors in 2012 after a senior season in which he totaled 52 receptions, 479, and two touchdowns. He averaged 9.2 yards per catch and 53.2 yards per game.
