SALISBURY, Mass. — Police say a nude man who works as a clown and child entertainer was arrested after jumping into a tractor-trailer and soliciting the male driver.
The driver feigned interest, suggested James Vosolo, 46, meet him elsewhere, and then called police. Trooper Michael Caranfa responded to the call and attempted to stop Vosolo, who proceeded to throw items -- which police believed to be narcotics -- away.
Vosolo was wearing only thong underwear when Caranfa approached, a police report said.
According to Vosolo’s LinkedIn profile, a professional networking website, he lists himself as an event manager for Total Entertainment. Over the years, Vosolo has attended numerous functions across the state dressing up as Uncle Sam, Elvis Presley and other characters.
Vosolo was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, assault and battery, failure to stop and other violations.
According to police, Vosolo also grabbed the truck driver after entering his cab.
