‘Excellence in Action’ seminar set

ROANOKE, Va. — The New River Valley Chapter International Association of Administrative Professionals will host its 35th annual educational seminar entitled “Excellence in Action” on Wednesday, April 22, 2009, (Administrative Professionals Day) at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center, Roanoke, Va. Registration and morning refreshments begin at 8 a.m. and the program will close at 4 p.m. with the awarding of door prizes.

The keynote speaker will be Fran Berman, MBA, an award-winning, international speaker, whose topic will be “Champion-ship Customer Service,” and the interactive, afternoon session will be “Priorities and Projects: Getting the Right Things Done.”
