ASHLAND —
A McDowell County man was arrested late Wednesday night on charges related to a stabbing incident at his Northfork Hollow home involving his brother, his brother’s girlfriend and a third female who was attempting to disarm the man, state police said.
Joseph Lucas, 32, of Ashland, was scheduled to appear before a McDowell County magistrate this morning on three felony counts of malicious wounding, and three counts each of domestic assault and battery as well as brandishing a deadly weapon.
