BLUEWELL —
The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating an armed robbery that was reported at the Cargo Station off Route 52 in Bluewell Tuesday evening.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:50 p.m. Deputy E. P. Parks was on the scene questioning witnesses late Tuesday evening.
According to a witness, a male subject entered the store before closing and displayed a handgun and demanded money. Additional details about how much money may have been taken were not immediately available Tuesday evening. No injuries were reported.
