Dorothy Annette Reese
BLUEFIELD, Va. — Dorothy Annette Reese, 63, of Bluefield, Va., died on Thursday, December 24, 2009, following an extended illness. She was born on February 9, 1946 in Bluefield, W.Va. to the union of Daniel Reese and Argenia (Jean) Bane. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Daniel Cortez Reese, L.G. Reese, and Victor Bane.
Those left to cherish her fond memories include her son, Phillip Reese; her sister, Phyllis Davis; her granddaughter, Braelyn Reese; her daughter-in-law, Amanda Reese; her nephew, Kenneth Davis; and many friends.
A celebration of her life will be held at noon on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at the Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church in Bluefield, Va. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wade Center.
