James Andrew “Jamie” Mills, Jr.

PRINCETON — James Andrew “Jamie” Mills, Jr., 38, of 601C Prince St., Princeton, died Thursday, December 17, 2009, at Princeton Community Hospital. Born October 10, 1971 in Bluefield, he was the son of Violet Horn Boothe and husband Roger of Casa Grande, Ariz. and the late James A. “Corky” Mills, Sr. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Princeton. In addition to his father, one sister, Karen Mills, preceded him in death.

Additional survivors include his wife, Letha Adkins Mills of Princeton; four stepchildren, Effie Adkins of Princeton, Snook Adkins of Hinton, Crystal Rose Adkins and John William Adkins both of Oceana, W.Va.; maternal grandmother, Maggi Horn of Paynesville, W.Va.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 (today) at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev. Gary Lyons officiating. Burial will be conducted at a later date at the C.M. Horn Memorial Cemetery in Paynesville, W.Va. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until the service hour today.
